Website and WP Admin are completely down

My problem started with my Uninstalling an App for my SSL (Cloudflare). As soon as I disabled my SSL my website was first stating it was parked, and I had no access to WP Admin either. Go Daddy support changed my A type and defaulted my Name servers and told me to wait 48 hours.
48 hours have gone and my website and WP admin is still down. I spoke with support again and they stated that It seemed like my site is being redirected to a HTTPS, the Go Daddy support suggested I connect through SFTP and edit the wp-config.php file and check for re directions as well on the .htaccess file.
I downloaded Filezila and attempted this myself but the support was no longer able to guide me. I’am not super tech savvy.
Does this solution seem right? I’m very frustrated because this is taking away valuable days of development away. Should I pay someone on Fiverr to fix this or can I fix this myself?
