You have stored 2 URLs in the WordPress settings in the backend: one with and one without an SSL certificate. You would have to change one URL to the call with SSL.
Reason: the browser is currently trying to load the project files without SSL, which browsers do not allow. This is why the page looks like this.
Please also note that you are using a caching plugin with W3TotalCache. You must also empty its cache as soon as you have made the change.
I don’t see anything with SSL on the settings page. Could you direct me to the fix for this
Both URLs are identical right now
Did you also clear the cache mentioned above? If this does not work either, deactivate W3TotalCache completely to rule it out as the cause.

I deactivated the W3 and both are identical but no luck
Yes, the page looks fine again now. Empty your own browser cache, then you will surely see it too.
If you want to continue using W3TotalCache, you can try deactivating it. If the problem occurs again, it is best to contact their support forum: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/w3-total-cache/

interesting. I still have the same page on multiple browsers
Would changing the website URL completely help at all?
I can go to individual posts and navigate through the website but once I go to the home screen it takes me to the other page.
No, this must be due to your cache or your internet connection. Not WordPress. Because the website is perfectly fine.
Even if I can navigate the website besides the home page? I tried on my phone with data with no success
