Website has redirect error

Hello,

So no matter what theme we use, anytime we make a page, add a category or do anything that changes the site, we get this.

This page isn’t working
sportsradiodetroit.com redirected you too many times.
Try clearing your cookies.
ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

I always fixed it by disabling all my plugins and then cleaning out my cache one by one. ( I use Google Chrome)

I took over the domain 3 years ago (Just Host) and the previous owner had that cheat sheet we used to fix it. I have another site we host on that domain but never gives me an issue but for whatever reason, this one does. Any ideas of how to fix it to where if I just did a basic function of adding something, it will not cause the site to have that error?
