    Yes, it seems like you have partially moved it

    if you are trying to move the site from /wordpress to root you haven’t finished

    The url is pointing to root, but your site is running from /wordpress

    So your stylesheet isn’t being found

    You need to finish moving WP, or at least finish giving it its own directory
