I just tried your config xml link and it says 404 (file not found) when I paste it in my browser:

If you could share a link to your WP page where the 3D product viewer is integrated, we would be able to say exactly what happened. Just let us know.
Thanks. Yes it’s just the config URL in your shortcode that you may need to double check. The current config path to the xml in your shortcode can’t be found on your server (shows 404 if you open it directly in your browser):
http://www.giselleverissimo.com.br/wp-content/plugins/webrotate-360-produto-viewer/360_assets/360%20Mormaii%20Premium/config.xml
