Weblog without Post JUST comments

I have a 501 C3 non profit called Gold Star Dads or America located at GoldStarDads.org and I want to set up a prayer wall for the soldiers who are serving in Iraq & Afghanistan.

I currently have two seperate blogs set up on the site, one for news and one for Tributes. Is it possible to set up a blog without a post showing just the comments? I don’t know if I explained that correctly.

Here is an example of what I want to do.

I would allow posting without registration BUT admin would need to OK all comments.
