What i really meant was, is it possible to convert a current website (with woocommerce) to a web app ‘automatically’?
So customers can easily access it via the app and order on the go fastly.

Yes, it’s possible. There are a few options of plugins that convert your site into an App automatically:

However, this is not ideal if you want a full functional APP. The WordPress REST API is what apps use to interface with WP. It’s very flexible. It’ll be able to deliver what you need from the WP end of things. The rest is up to an app developer.
I can recommend the WooCommerce Developer Resources Portal for resources on developing for WooCommerce.
You can also visit the WooCommerce Facebook group or the #developers channel of the WooCommerce Community Slack. We’re lucky to have a great community of open-source developers for WooCommerce, and many of our developers hang out there, as well.
