    Good afternoon,

    The web-to-lead form is working wonderfully well. However, we’re having an issue and I am looking for a work around.

    When leads enter in their information in the “Notes” section which is the bottom field, they instinctively hit enter to add in a new line for formatting purposes. However, when they hit, “Enter” on their keyboard, it generates a lead in Salesforce with missing information. The potential lead will then create another entry with what they are contacting us about resulting in two records for the same lead. My question is, how do I disable the “enter” button so that way they have to hit submit button? If there is another work around, than please let me know.
