    This is a warning! Don’t buy themes from Revolution WP! I did 4-5 weeks ago. I received a file with errors, so it was not usable, and they haven’t responded to emails or support since then! Now I have to try and get the money back through my bank.

    I have contacted them multiple times through emails, chat, contact form and support, but no response at all. I only see them as scammers!

    Thanks for sharing your experience, I can understand your frustration with the situation. In this case, requesting a chargeback or dispute for the purchase through your bank or payment provider would be the best option to try recovering your funds.
