Warning messages on site

Hello.

I’m wondering if anyone can help…

I’ve just been updating a couple of articles to my site http://www.gigslutz.co.uk

All of a sudden I am getting the following messages when you log onto the site:

Could anyone help me find out what i’ve done and hoow to rectify this?
