  • Hello!

Did you upload the plugin using FTP client?

It seems that there are some files missing on your server.

Please remove the plugin and install it again, but now using a WordPress plugin installer: https://wpde.sk/po/127lvnbhvebo.png

Is everything working as expected now?

    Cheers!

    Hi,

I am using WordPress plugin installer instead of FTP.

The website is migrated from another Cpanel.

I did try to deactivated and activated again the plugin Flexible Shipping, but it doesn’t help.

There are 2 warning message at bottom of dashboard also:
    – Warning: Unknown: open(\\\\/sess_kta1kvr2fkha5kusi7mcl4pv63, O_RDWR) failed: No such file or directory (2) in Unknown on line 0
    – Warning: Unknown: Failed to write session data (files). Please verify that the current setting of session.save_path is correct (\\\\) in Unknown on line 0

Kindly advise how to solve the issue.

    Thanks & regards

Please send us a WooCommerce system status. Here’s a screenshot showing how to get it.

Update: you have to change your session.save_path setting to the accessible dir, /tmp/ for example

    How to change: http://php.net/session_save_path

Being on the shared host, it is advised to set your session save path inside of your home directory but below document root

As we haven’t got any replies, I’m marking this topic as resolved for now.
