Warning message about method PHPPC::handle_extra_shortcode()

    With WP_DEBUG set true, my WordPress sites displays the following error:

    Strict Standards: call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, non-static method PHPPC::handle_extra_shortcode() should not be called statically in /var/www/20131008_172139_parentbox.com.au/wp-includes/plugin.php on line 173

    Do you think this warning could be made to go away by making the PHPPC::handle_extra_shortcode() method static?
