Warning: array_key_exists() expects parameter 2 to be array, bool

Since the latest update, woocommerce has been giving me the following error on pretty much every page in the dashboard.
Warning: array_key_exists() expects parameter 2 to be array, bool given in /wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/admin/helper/class-wc-helper-options.php on line 54

I’ve disabled every plugin and re-enabled them one at a time to see if another plugin was causing it but it didnt go away no matter what plugins were turned off.

Under woocommerce tools I cleared transients.
