After uppgrading to 2.9 there is no way I can get to my blogg, have tried all ‘backdoors’ but no luck.
This is the message I get:

Warning: require_once(/home/dive-it/www/wp-includes/streams.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/dive-it/www/wp-content/plugins/WeatherIcon/WeatherIcon.php on line 58

    Help anyone?

  • To solve, go access your site files through FTP or cPanel…In the plugins folder of your blog, delete this plugin folder and may found it running.

An alternative way is to disable all the plugins through your cPanel or FTP program. To do this, rename your plugin folder to something like “_plugin”.

You can find a post on my blog where I faced such problem while upgrading to WP 2.9

I have tried several times now, but my site is just f***** up 🙁
Sometimes it shows, but really weird, and other times I just get a unavailable message.
Have done what noteeboyz said, but to no avail.

Hmmmm…strange, the page is working again.
Last night I could not get to it, but now it has repapered again.
    Guess it is solved then

I can’t find much on this streams.php, would it be possibly to copy it from an older wp version to get Wethericon running again?
