Want to make a plugin.

Hi, I am designing a website in wordpress. I need to make a plugin to manage table in my website please help me.

For my project i want to make a tabular formation structure in the website’ page and have to store all the detail in database. I also want to managed that table by a administrator and editor. Please help.
