wamp and wordpress 4.8

hi, has anbody had this issue. i use wordpress on a wamp server. i noticed that anytime i connected my machine to the internet,wordpress refuses to work. i cannot log in. but as soon as i disconnect from the internet, it works perfectly. has anybody had this problem with wamp aswell?
