Waitlist Feature

I’ve been looking through the forums here and have found only old posts that talk about a waitlist feature with replies saying they’re in the works. I guess i’m looking for an update or possibly hoping that someone has created a hook for this feature? I’m currently trying to hack together something by creating a second ticket called Waitlist and making it show only once the other ticket runs out. This also makes it so I have to have “extra” spaces. It’s not working out too well so I decided to ask.
