I have an issue with W2 Total Cache that is preventing me from logging into WordPress, by that I mean I get the following error when going to the page http://www.tiger800rtw.com/wp-admin

W3 Total Cache Error: some files appear to be missing or out of place. Please re-install plugin or remove /hermes/bosnaweb07a/b2848/ipg.tiger800rtwcom/wp-content/advanced-cache.php.W3 Total Cache Error: some files appear to be missing or out of place. Please re-install plugin or remove /hermes/bosnaweb07a/b2848/ipg.tiger800rtwcom/wp-content/db.php.W3 Total Cache Error: some files appear to be missing or out of place. Please re-install plugin or remove /hermes/bosnaweb07a/b2848/ipg.tiger800rtwcom/wp-content/object-cache.php.

I currently don’t have the W3 Total Cache plugin installed, I did previously but deactivated and removed it due to other issues. I have renamed the “plugins” folder in my ISP management console to disable all plugins but I still get the above error when trying to log on. There is no W3 folder in the plugins folder so it appears to be removed.

Any idea how I can clear this error and log onto my dashboard again.

    Cheers
    Steve

Just an update. I raised a support ticket with my ISP who quickly resolved the issue. They found and removed some corrupt files (sorry, they gave no more information than that) and all is working again.
    Regards
    Steve
