Voting Pluging Needed

Hello everybody,

I’m looking for a WP2 plugin that allows users and visitors to vote on my posts. Now that is not the only thing of course. I’d like to have stars that appear when they have voted. You know good is 5 starts etc.. Now how or where can i find such a plugin? I’ve seen it on different sites but can’t seem to find it.
