visual form builder pro

I have been using this plug in for a while now paid for the pro version and have had very few problems all of them has been fixed generally with the next update. I updated my theme to infoway (child) and evrything was fine now i am not reciving any emails. I did recive some emails just after the theme change but now its not working.

I guess im asking if a new theme will stop plugin working??
