Visual editor not working after file permissions were changed. How do I change them back?

Which firewall rules do you have active?

The following are active:

Basic, debug Log File, Listing of Directory Contents, Trace and Track, Poxy Comment posting, Bad query strings, Advnaced Character string, 5G blacklist, Fake googlebots,

The 5G rules might be causing this.
You can modify that rule by using our custom rules feature in the firewall menu.
See this thread for what to modify and make sure you disable the original 5G rules:
