  • Not sure if you are aware of it, but you can have more than one Visible URL entry. Which would mean manually entering each URL in the /wiki/ folder.

I have “Prefix URL” entries in my jonradio Multiple Themes plugin that I can look at using in jonradio Private Site. But I am hesitant to make a firm promise for the next version because I recall there being some issues with the URL matching code I wrote, and I’ve only had time to rewrite the Exact Match code, not the Partial Match code.

No matter what, I’ll report back to this thread with my progress.

Thanks for getting back to me. I had thought that for now I would manually enter the URL of the wiki pages. The community that I’ve set up needs to be private but with an area where members can post public resources. The wiki seems ideal for this, but at the minute I have no idea how much public information people will post. It might become a bit labour intensive if they end up posting loads of stuff.

Is there a limit to the amount of visible URLs I can add?

Completely understand that it might not be possible to add a prefix option but thought I’d ask. Thanks again.

No limit to the number of visible URLs that you can enter.

I’m still getting over a nasty Cold and don’t have the energy I need to write the code for this (prefix), but I think I may be on the right track to a solution. So, hopefully soon, I’ll have an update on progress here.

I’m just doing final testing on Version 2.8, which will include the URL Prefix feature. If I don’t find any bugs, it will be available within the hour. If I do run into trouble, it could be longer.

    Version 2.8 is now available.

Just update the plugin to 2.8 and I’d like to say thanks! It’s working a treat and doing exactly what I was looking for. Can’t thank you enough for doing this.
