video uploader help please!!!

hi i have got a tube website like youtube and i want my visitors to also help me add videos by letting them send me some embed codes to me.
i tried installing a contact us plugin and then make my users send me the embed codes to me via that but none of the contact us plugins i tried support html/embed codes!!!
does anybody know any that does? or how to get my users to send me embed codes to me via the website to my email?
please help!
