Video ready wordpress themes

I am just starting to get to grips with wordpress, have just registered my domain and am about to download wordpress onto my system.

Each post on the new blog will show a video. As such can you please recommend if and where I can find video ready themes?

If they do not exist is it just a case of using the plugins on a basic theme?
