Currently we have youtube link, instead of that we would like to integrate and customize wordpress.com video link.

we signed up for videopress, as wordpress.com business customer. we never integrated videopress and would like to know how can we set up videopress

Thanks. As per the steps suggested in jetpack, we already activated videopress and also uploaded video to generate shortcode. While in videopress library we would like to know how can we replace our current home page video of youtube link with uploaded link-shortcode link videopress. I also sent support request in videopress few days back n yet to receive their reply.
