Video Library Plugins

Hello, I’m currently putting together a website for a music artist, and I was if there were any YouTube plugins I can use to make the page be something similar to this, dopeitsdom.com/site/look.php The Site I’m Working With Is http://AlFatir.com/blog and for his video page, I wanted the video library to spread out the videos like the one on Dope It’s Dom, and when you push play the video pops up, and turns the lights off around the video player.
