You can specify the video dimensions if you wrap the URL in an embed shortcode. More info here.
Hi Corey,
I am using a plug name FV WordPress Flowplayer and it is Embed videos and it is looking like this embed [fvplayer src=”http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O10iSlKEvFM” width=”640″ height=”264″].I tried diffrent sizes but nothing happend. However, I try it without the plug but it is not working. It could be that I haven´t done something right. Can you help me some other way?
How did you try to add it without the plugin? We do not support the plugin, but would like to help you get it to work without the plugin.
Hi Zack,
1. I was looking in CSS to make a change but i didn’t find exactly what I really need it to change. What I am asking you is that I could change measure form CSS or even with embed, it would be fine. I think that i didn’t do something right when i was trying with embed. When you put embed you put the measures and also the link that you embed?
Thank you very much for your help
2. At this point I will put you another questions?I was looking for a plugin to read more because what is is their,it doesn’t work .I could use a plugin for that?It will support the plugin?
Thank you again
Hi there!
oEmbeds should just work in WordPress. You really shouldn’t need to tinker with them at all. With Youtube videos, if you just add a link to the video, it should render in the post/page without issue. Are you trying to do something beyond this?
Read more links are supported in the theme. Just make sure that you’ve added an excerpt to the content.
