Vertically Center Header Advertisment

    Hi,

    I wish to vertically center my Adsense advertisment. I am using the Boulevard theme, and have put my adsense banner code in the control panel, and it has put it in the header, but however, it has not vertically aligned the advertisment, so it is pushed up the top of the page. How do I vertically align this ad to the centre?
