Would you be able to share the URL of the affected site?

Sure: http://mundschenk.at. However, I already downgraded to 3.2.5 (and it’s tracking again).
Well, then there’s not much that I can check 😉

I can temporarily re-upgrade to 3.3
I will check later… thanks.
My visits were tracked correctly. Could you please elaborate on the issue?

I see three visits from an IP starting with 72.xx.xx.xx (Chrome, Windows 7) in the database, but nothing else.
With Slimstat 3.2.5, all visits were tracked. However, admin-ajax.php seems to be called successfully (via webpagetest.org for example), but the visits do not appear in the Slimstat views.
Hmmm, weird. So basically I’m the only visitor that has been tracked. Have you tried to deactivate/activate (not UNINSTALL!) the plugin?
I have the same problem after upgrading to v3.3.

I did some further testing. Apparently, it’s got something to do with User Agents. IE6 works, IE7-10 don’t work. Firefox23-24 work, Firefox22 does not. Chrome30 (“Canary” in webpagetest.org, Dulles location) does work, Chrome?? (“Chrome” in webpagetest.org, Dulles location) does not.
Yep, you were right, Pepe. We fixed this in version 3.3.1. Thank you for pointing it out
Version 3.3.1 is out, check it out!
Surprisingly, it is okay now. Thank you!
