Venue Location

I don’t see anywhere you can enter the street address for a Venue.
If I create a new Venue I should be able to add it’s address location.

I can add the event location if I am creating an event but not if I’m creating a Venue,
If the Venue already exists I would like to be able to select it from a drop down list when creating a new event.

I see here there should be a way to do this. But I don’t have those options on my site.
