    Hi There!

I’ve been testing dokan lite as experiment to see if I’ll purchase the pro version or not. Everything works great and I’m nearly convinced. However, I’ve been testing the experience as a vendor and I’m having difficulties to create products. If I try to create them as the admin of the page everything works great, but when I attempt to create a product from a vendor account. It never finished loading, it gets stuck.

I’ve tried the permalink solution for 404 pages (even though this is not the case) and it also doesn’t fix it.

    In this screenshot: https://ibb.co/fAPmyS

There is a loading icon that continues to go on forever and I don’t get a redirection to the upcoming page. Would this be a error of dokan lite?

    Any help greatly appreciated!

    Thank you!

A little update! I found out that the issue lies with the following error in the inspector:

[Error] Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error) (admin-ajax.php, line 0)

    [path]/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php/

I am only getting this error logged in as a vendor. My guess is that because vendors are not allowed to access wp dashbaords etc. It blocks them to load the admin-ajax.php. What can I do for the vendors to load this script?

    Hello @i2raelgil,

Please make sure that there is no theme or plugin conflict. The following section provides instructions for determining if an issue you are experiencing with is caused by a theme or plugin conflict.

    1. Theme Test
=> Switch to the default WordPress theme as we know that the default WordPress theme is coded properly. Now try to edit product and see if the issue is still there. Take note if you see a difference in behavior after you have switched the theme. Switch back to the theme you were using.

    2. Plugin Test
If the theme didn’t have anything to do with the issue then move on to the plugins section. There are many WordPress plugins out there and not all of them are coded nicely so let’s see if you have a plugin installed that is not playing nice.

=> Try to deactivate the plugins excepts Dokan then check again.

If you have any other questions, just let me know and I will be happy to help you.

Thank you for using our plugin.
