Vendor to create support ticket

    Hello,
    I would like to know how to allow the vendors to submit a new support ticket to the store admin.

    For example if the vendor is facing any issue with an order or adding product and would like to receive support from the store manager, I would like to give them the option to do that via the Support Module. Is this applicable?
