Tax not displaying correct

Hey guys!
I’ve got a problem with Taxes. I created several shipping-options which are taxable. so I have to enter the prices without tax. Done that some months ago. For example: I have 5.825 (taxeable on the backend) and it used to show £6.99.
but a few weeks ago I noticed it shows now £7.00. So I changed it in the backend to 5.824. And well it changed on the frontend, but to £6.98 instead of £6.99. So I tried 5.8245 and 5.8249 but all of them had the result £6.98.

What should I do, I’m a bit helpless. If you need more information, feel free to ask. And sorry for the bad english. It isn’t my native language.
