Variation bulk action error

With this plugin turned on, when I do bulk action in variation tab (change price, stock) some random variations stay untouch.
When a variation got untouch, no matter how many times I try bulk update again, it will stay unchange.
Some product does face this this problem, some doesn’t. Turn this plugin off and everything work fine again.
