I checked this product and I do see the additional images that should load in the html of the page.
Try switching to a default theme like TwentySixteen to see if the issue still exists. If so, it may be a problem/conflict with your theme that is not allowing the images to switch.
I am in touch with the theme too regarding the same.
But I did try without the theme also in TwentyFourteen.
The problem still persist.
If you notice in the product you saw. When you select a variable and click on the image for the zoom, the variable product does show the variable image.
Its just not loading in the front end. Can this be after the update of wordpress?
Try without the cloudfront extension.
Hi,
This is something new that came to me.
I tried the same product on Safari.
The price of the product is not visible but the image changing is working perfectly.
Mozilla / Chrome – Price comes good, image doesn’t change
Safari – Image comes good, Price not visible
IE – some other issues itself, where site doesn’t load properly
I am just starting to check with cloudfront also
I’ve just had a look at the link of Jesse above, and the variation image switching does seem to be working for me as expected when using Mac / Chrome. The same goes for Mac / Safari – they are a bit slow in changing however…
I tried myself in Mac/Chrome&Safari and it isn’t working for me from two locations too.
Could you try again once as exactly 15 minutes ago I was updating woocommerce which created different issues and I downgraded it back. So I dint check if this issue was solved during the transit as ‘not being able to add to cart’ was a bigger issue.
It isn’t working for me now. Sounds like the update might have resolved the problem though? Staying downgraded is not a long-term solution, so perhaps it would be better to deal with the problems that occur when updating?
Since thousands of other users aren’t experiencing this issue with WooCommerce, you likely have something specifically on your site causing the problems you speak of.
Try temporarily switching back to the WordPress Twenty Sixteen Theme, or Storefront, and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce. If that resolves the issue, then slowly re-enable features until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.
Hi,
I have exactly the same problem on my website
http://www.lenoeudkipe.com/produit/bandeau-croise/
Could you tell me how did you fixed it?
Thanks in advance,
I had the same problem but over came it by adding an image thumbnail to the description in the variable product
