@jenlew – sorry to say if you have clicked the updater button in the message already, you can’t go back. It is always advisable to do a full backup prior to any updates.
@splashingpixels.com ugh. so to be clear so.. i’m just SOL and either change the theme or work around the broken issue.
and you’re saying that if I deactivate 2.0.5 and install 1.6.6 products will not be saved?
@jenlew – when you clicked that update button, it showed you a message stating your DB will be updated to 2.0. So once you updated your DB, you can’t go back to non 2.0. It also ask for you to do a backup before updating. Not sure if you had done that.
I have a back up of the original install yes, but i entered the products after the update.
do you have any options?
@jenlew – sorry there is no other way. A backup should have been made prior to 2.0 update.
