variable menu items

Hi all,
I would like to create a menu items that is pointing to the author’s page for logged on authors. Say if an author named “abc” and a menu item “My Page” will be linking to http://www.mywebsite.com/abc, is that feasible?

I researched a lot and have no idea how i can do so except replacing the whole menu by my own code.
