V3 send error is not theme problem

    I have CF 7 version 5.1.1 and get the orange border error message that it cannot send. I’m using Divi theme 5.02 and have WordPress 5.0.2. Divi support informs me that the problem is not because of the Divi theme. I tried changing to the 2019 theme and experience the same problem, so I believe they may be right. Thank you!
