    Hello,

    I just migrated to the new USPS REST API for shipping on my website. But since, the shipping option is not working.

    Please advise.

    Hi @mansugi,

    After switching to the USPS REST API, the most common reason why the USPS shipping option stops showing at checkout is that the existing USPS shipping methods in your shipping zones are still configured using the old (non-REST) service definitions and need to be updated.

    Please go to your USPS shipping method and set your services and other parameters according to the above link.

    Yes, I already set the new REST API with the new parameters. But the issue is the request to API come back with error or nothing. I think (finger crossed) the request or the feedback from API is being block by another plugin.

    I am not capable of looking for something like this. It is way above my head.

    Would you please take a look.

    I only offering Ground Advantage, First Class and Priority Mail to all my customers. So far the Us customers are able to place their orders but international customers are having issues that USPS don’t recognize and no shipping options available.
