using 'WWW' not loading page (?)

I am very stumped on this:

using http://junkorecords.com loads my website just fine.

using http://www.junkorecords.com loads nothing but the favicon.

interestingly – directing to http://junkorecords.com/wp-admin loads nothing as well, i have to browse to http://junkorecords.com/wp-admin/post.php just to get to the login page.

I have contacted my hosting service provider and they claim it is nothing on their end. I have deactivated all my plugins and it does not solve the issue.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
