Using UnderStrap with plain old CSS

Sure,
just edit the CSS files in the /css folder.
Needs more work, espacially if you want to overwrite the Bootstrap values, but you can do it this way.

I’m having trouble locating the correct file. What is the name of the file I can edit to write my plain css.
