Using two image viewer/gallery

Hello, I use ‘Fancy Box For WordPress’ as my picture viewer on my blog, but I’ve just come across ‘Slickr Flickr’ – and I plan on using this as my viewer in my gallery, as it’s quite handy – linking to my Flickr account etc. But, as I’ve already got the Fancy Box running in my blog, which opens the images up nicely over there – is it possible to disable it on my Gallery page, and get just the Flickr one to work on that page?
