Using the <–more–> tag

    I am using this tag on http://www.cyberfishhead.com along with the <–more–> tag for excerpts.

    <?php the_content("Continue reading: " . the_title('', ' »', false)); ?>

    My question is “how can I post “Continue reading:” but NOT make it part of the URI link?

    Continue reading: “the title link”

    any one?
