Using e-commerce and paypal

Hi
I would be so greatful if someone could help me. I am trying to sell photo frames on my website, the payment will be made by paypal, that parts simple, the difficult part is the customer will be uploading a picture and then buying the frame through paypal. Does anyone know how to do this?… So basically a customer visits the site, uploads a picture, selects the frame and pays by paypal. That information needs to be emailed to me once they have paid so I can then dispatch their items.
