• I’m trying something new with my website and I’ll be honest that I’m inexperienced in this subject. Front End User pages.

What I’m trying to achieve, is when a user logs in to the website it will send the user to a custom front end page where he can create/edit forms (using formidable, that is another topic) and view current orders. Sort of like a front desk counter person (user) taking orders from a customer, filling the form out and submitting it.

I don’t want this user to go into the whole WP admin page even if I give them minimal roles.

I would greatly appreciate any kind of plug-in recommendation or suggestions as this kind of above me.

When you say “create” forms, do you mean end users would design their own custom forms on your site? Or do you mean create something like a new “order” by filling in a blank, pre-defined form? The latter of course is pretty standard stuff — design the form with Formidable, then place the offered shortcode or block in a WP page.

Designing a custom form on the front end is something else entirely. You’d be essentially placing Formidable’s back end design interface on a front end page. For that I suggest asking in Formidable’s dedicated support channel for advice.
