• Resolved ReD

    Hello,

I’m experiencing the exact same issue as the below thread on one of my websites:
    https://wordpress.org/support/topic/users-cant-reset-password-approved-in-admin/

The thread says it is marked as resolved but a solution doesn’t seem to have been shared there.

Could you kindly share with those who have been asking how to fix this please?

So just to clarify the issue is when users (ones that have signed up before the plugin was installed) try to reset their password, they get the following message “Your account is still awaiting admin approval. Reset Password is not allowed.” In the backend they seem to be approved already so I’m not sure how to fix this.

I’m using the latest version of WP and this plugin (free version).

    Many thanks
