the 2nd error is causing conflict with secure contact form for some reason, the usernoise plugin never use to cause any conflicts with secure contact form, so i am not sure what is going on.
ok just updated again to 3.6.2 buttons are back and the errors are gone
Just updated to usernoise 3.6.2 & pro 3.5.2. The buttons are back – thanks a lot. A small but: (german) translation is off now. The buttons are labeled “idea”, “Frage”, “problem”, “Lob”. So it’s english – german – english – german. It should be “Anregung”, “Frage”, “Problem”, “Lob”. I couldn’t find anything wrong while checking the german po. But I’m not much of an expert…

Can you please install CodeStyling Localization plugin, fix the translation, and send it to me – I would include a fix into next upcoming releases.
I changed the translation for “idea” into “Anregung” and also added some translations for the backend. The other translations are fine now (so I did everything right), but the idea-button is still labeled “idea” and not “Anregung”. I can send you screenshots if you like.
Small thing, I know, but I want to have a professional look at my site, so the buttons stay deactivated for now…

Their is a problem with usernoise pro that you just released 3.6 you can check my site out but when you click on the feedback button and the window is opening its popping in and out and wont let you close

I just found the problem – it was pretty interesting. I could only reproduce the issue on your site with Chrome under Windows – it was a size calculation that went wrong. A new Usernoise Pro release is coming to fix it (along with some new features). Thanks for the bug report!
ok cool ….. also i just wanted to let ya know the usernoise 3.62 isnt listed on changelog as far as features, i just noticed that we have a new link called feedback types in the admin, and also theirs not really any area for usernoise pro where we can check was new features have been added so we can be sure to check them out

my problem is: i cannot see right panel “popular ideas” correctly, it just cutted by the popup window.
i have tried uninstalling all plugin and also use standard theme but still, i saw the problem.
