#usermessageb problem

Hi,

We have tested the cformsII in our local environment but after submitting the form string “#usermessage” is not appending to the url.

So can you please provide the screenshot of cform settings and icegram campaign settings or provide the wordpress admin login details via our contact form, from here such that we can look into that.

We checked the form at your link. You are using Form embed functionality.
In Form Embed functionality, we only keep form with its fields, style them according to the user’s options and show them. It will ignore all other javascript and extra HTML code.

“#usermessageb” is a part of the form action. In you case, Ajax submission of form is not working and after submission “#id” is appended to the URL.

Alternatively You can add form in the message body, It will work.

You can also consider “submit form via AJAX” functionality of CTA-Actions addon, It will handle this scenario and you can take the benefit of form embed functionality too.
