User reporting for 20 different WordPress sites…

I’m surprised I haven’t found a previous post on this subject, but I have 20 different WordPress sites in production and I would like to start running reports to gather data about my users. It can be a plugin or 3rd party utility, but I just need to know how many of my users are return customers and when they signed up for my different products.
