I’m sorry to hear you’re experiencing issues with the “my account” link on your page. Looking at your website, it is possible this is an issue from your menu settings.

I see you’re using the Salient theme, is that correct? If it is, did you already try reaching out to the Salient theme support for further assistance with this?
